Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or any other reason unrelated to a product defect or order fulfillment error.

If you need a different size, we are happy to assist you with an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to product availability. If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued for the value of the returned item.

To be eligible for a size exchange or store credit, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused.
  • In its original condition.
  • With all original tags attached.
  • Returned in its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

To request a size exchange, please contact us at info@warezupplypr.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide the appropriate solution.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Warezupply does not issue refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.

Approved returns resulting from eligible size exchanges may only be exchanged for another size (subject to availability) or receive store credit. Cash refunds and refunds to the original payment method are not provided.

Non-Eligible Items

Items that have been worn, used, washed, damaged, altered, or returned without their original tags and packaging are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

Gift cards, final sale items, promotional items, and any item specifically marked as non-returnable are also not eligible for exchange or store credit.

Free Delivery

All deliveries are free. No additional shipping fees are charged at checkout.

Shipping Time

Delivery typically takes between 8 and 10 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier availability, destination, and other shipping conditions.
