We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@warezupplypr.com. Please note that returns must be requested before sending any item back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Free Delivery

All deliveries are free. No additional shipping fees are charged at checkout.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We accept size exchanges when the item does not fit, subject to availability. To request a size exchange, please contact us within 14 days after receiving your order.

Items requested for exchange must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

Refunds

If you do not wish to keep your item, you may request a refund within 14 days after receiving your order, as long as the item has not been worn, used, damaged, altered, or removed from its original condition.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn, used, damaged, altered, washed, or returned without their original packaging and tags.

Gift cards, final sale items, and any items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Shipping Time

Delivery time is typically 10 to 12 business days after the order has been processed. In many cases, orders may arrive sooner depending on location, carrier availability, and other shipping conditions.
